- What is pleasant about this art gallery is the WELCOMING COMMITTEE, made up of the artists who exhibit there and with whom you can discuss about their art. (In rotation: the time slots being distributed among the artists).
- The gallery offers a wide variety of styles and talents (amateurs, semi-pro and professionals) and more than 300 pieces from about sixty artists: oils, acrylics, aquarelles, and mixed media, displayed in two exhibition rooms.
- 95% of the artists come from Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec. Moreover, many paintings represent regional landscapes and subjects. You can admire pieces featuring, for example, our famous La Mauricie National Park, our imposing Cité de l’énergie and our beautiful Promenade du Saint-Maurice.
- Interesting facts: the Clair-Obscur hall hosts a different exhibition every month and the price of the exhibited canvases is very variable, so there is something for all budgets (some canvases are at very affordable prices).
