All around the province, the St-Hubert restaurant chain is a safe bet and remains one of the best places to enjoy a good roast chicken. The Shawinigan branch is no exception to the rule! Always the same heartbreaking choices: “Leg” or “Breast” and “Creamy” or “Traditional”?
Of course, there is more to it than just the classics. Over the years, St-Hubert has been able to renew its menu while keeping in the spotlight their pretty popular poultry. “À la carte” or on the ”Table d’hôte”: skewers, meal salad, club sandwich, hot chicken and burgers. Not to mention a few dishes that stand out, such as ribs, steak, fish & chips and even now, veggie sticks! A good meal to enjoy in the “family dining room”(with games room), or in the lively “resto-bar” section.
Special mention to the owners, France and Jean, who are anything less than exceptional people of action. They are the ones who, among other things, initiated the addition of local beers on the menu within the restaurant chain. They also started pleasant Musical Thursdays with guests’ singers. People of heart who, as well as being involved in the business, support several causes in the regional community.
