- Sébastien (head baker) and his crew prepare delicious breads, divine desserts, delectable pastries and specialty coffees. Interestingly, you can see the artisans working and kneading the dough through the window overlooking the workshop.
- Whether you choose a loaf of bread, a pastry, a coffee (or all three!), take a moment to sit in the large dining room and enjoy life with a good book or podcast. This is THE place to hang out in Shawi-Sud. You won’t want to leave!
